You have 14 calendar days to return any items you're not quite sure about and this starts from the day you receive your order.
To return any items, all you need to do is follow the instructions and provide the full details requested in the RETURN FORM. We suggest you keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product:
- The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned item(s) must be complete, including all original components such as manuals, warranty card, accessories, gifts, bundles and so on. If the returns package is not complete, it will result in a deduction or rejection of the refunded order.
- If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund.
- Please securely package the item and send it back to us via Royal Mail Signed-For 1st Class or an equivalent service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Post your return parcel to Santok House, Unit L Braintree Industrial Estate, Braintree Rd, Ruislip HA4 0EJ
If you think your product may be faulty, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.
Please make sure you get in touch with us before returning your faulty item(s). You can do this by contacting us via live chat where a member of our support team will look into your query for you.
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

STK mobile devices have a warranty period of a whopping 3 years.
Batteries and Accessories with your devices have a warranty period of 6 months.
