If you accidentally lock your phone by entering the wrong pass-code multiple times, we can restore your phone. Note that this service will delete all data and applications stored on your phone.
For the password reset, please fill in the form sent to you with order confirmation email and send it back along with your device. We regret to say that we will be unable to return your phone, if sent to us without the completed form. Please note the repair centre is located in the UK.
