Peace of mind. You get 14 calendar days to return any items you're not quite sure about. This period starts from the day you receive your order. It's really easy and you'll need to provide the full details including the order number on the returns form. We suggest you keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product:
- The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned order(s) must be complete, including all original components such as manuals, warranty card, accessories, gifts, bundles and so on. If the returns package is not complete, it will result in a deduction or rejection of the refunded order.
- If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund.

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

STK devices have a warranty period of a whopping 3 years during which repairs can take place, so make sure you have your proof of purchase handy.
